Injuries caused by the deliberate or negligent acts of a person or body as a result of a breach of statutory duty, or negligence can give rise to a claim for damages. The amount of damages will of course vary depending on the severity of the injuries and any other losses sustained such as loss of earnings and the effect on future earning capacity.

We can advise you as to whether your injuries are likely to give rise to a claim, and if so, the merits and possible value of that claim. Negotiations will be commenced (usually with an insurance company) to achieve a settlement. If this is not possible we can commence proceedings which may ultimately result in the matter being decided in the Court.
